Michelle has run several workshops building structures from bicycle wheels and other found materials at events.  These have included giant bird nests and domes/dens.

At the Olympic Park in 2017, Michelle helped families to build a giant nest from bicycle wheels, venetian blinds and other scrap materials including inner tubes, plastic parcel strapping and tent fabric.  This was part of a celebratory event to mark the finale of a series of creative sessions aimed at developing a sense of community among new residents of Chobham Manor, next to the park. She delivered a similar session in Larks Wood for the Highams Park Festival of Culture.  At Royal Arsenal in Woolwich Michelle created a dome with families as part of Big Workshop Day.
