WILD GOAT

Created for a solo exhibition at the Harley Gallery in 2022, this sculpture of a wild goat on top of a mountain was made from a wide variety of reclaimed materials, including fly-tipped items sourced from local green spaces - Attenborough Nature Reserve and Idle Valley Nature Reserve.

Materials include:  washing machine, bike seat, inner tubes, hub caps, cooker, microwave, fridge components, plastic garden chairs, a desk fan and a pet carrier.

I was working on this sculpture and the bearded vulture during the early stages of the Covid pandemic and documented the process on film.
